I use the frozen one in the red foil, I love it and my corals do also.
i used the "wafers", then i used the frozen, and now i use the dried powder stuff...love ALL of them. corals and fish go crazy for it, and color up REALLY well. Argent is the brand I used for all those. I also have a lot of frozen food that already has "cyclopeeze" in them...but the Argent brand of JUST the cyclo-pleeze is the best to mix with other foods for coral and fish.
