My clownfishes are dying

Hi,
I am faisal from India.I have been facing a problem since my intial days of setup.All my clownfishes whether its clarki,sebea,maroon or percula die.Actually they develop a duct tape type white thing coming out from there anal and they die after 1-2 days.Plzzz help me if someone knows what is happening.
